In order to ensure an efficient running of the project, the management and coordination work package will break down into the following tasks:

The target of this WP is to produce an e-learning environment that will act as a distant learning toolkit and as an add-on component of real-class lectures so as to make the learning process attractive.

The content of all parts of the HIPON System will be prepared and finalized in this Working Package. All partners will provide material in their national language and in English. The necessary content to be gathered is divided into 4 parts according to the 4 parts of the System.

Pilot use of the course will take place in this working package through the HIPON System. Every partner, third country and associated partners, each to different degree and with different task groups will make use of the HIPON test in their procedures.

The WP aims at raising awareness on HIPON initiative and diffusing the project’s results and outcomes to a wider audience than the one directly involved in the project implementation.

The WP aims at promoting the sustainability of the projects products and tools resulting from the HIPON System in order to provide the appropriate ground of commercialization of the product after the project’s lifetime.

WP7 refers to the project’s results evaluation and assessment which will be performed both internally by the partners and externally by a team of selected people deriving from all target groups related to the discipline of Pathology. This evaluation committee has already members from the private and public sector, while it will expand by the first 3 months of the project.
